These terms cover use of our public website and the process of making a service enquiry. They explain how website information, materials and enquiries are handled.

Design sprints, engineering projects, Academy sessions and other engagements have separately agreed scope and commercial terms. Products may also have their own purchase terms and licences. Those specific terms govern the relevant engagement or product; this page does not replace them.

The Alchemist Crew Starter Kit has separate Alchemist Crew purchase terms. Its licence, included version, third-party requirements and consumer rights are described there. These website terms do not change an existing Crew purchase or licence.

Sending a brief, requesting a call or applying for a beta starts a conversation. It does not by itself confirm a project, reserve delivery dates, guarantee beta access or create an obligation to buy.

Before work starts, we agree the scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities and applicable terms with you. A design sprint and a later build are separate decisions. Changes to agreed work or charges need agreement between us.

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. For an initial enquiry, use a description or anonymised example rather than passwords, private customer records or confidential project documents. We can agree an appropriate way to exchange project information if the conversation progresses.

The relevant quote or checkout sets out the price, currency and applicable charges before you commit. A quote may include a stated validity period and assumptions about scope. We will clarify any proposed change before you agree to it.

Third-party cloud services, software accounts, model access and usage charges are included only where the relevant offer or agreement says so. Review the stated prerequisites and separate provider costs before buying. Updating a website price does not change the price of an accepted quote or completed purchase.

Use this website lawfully and in a way that respects other visitors, our systems and other people’s rights.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, paid downloads or another person’s information.
• Do not send malware, fraudulent enquiries, abusive messages or repeated automated submissions.
• Do not bypass security controls or automate requests in a way that disrupts the website or prevents others from using it.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit material that you have no right to share.

Rights in website text, graphics and other materials are held by AI Alchemy or the relevant rights holders. You may view, save and print our original public materials for personal reference or internal business evaluation. Further commercial reproduction or distribution of our original materials needs permission unless the law or a separate licence permits it.

Third-party names, logos, software and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Mentioning a platform does not imply its endorsement of AI Alchemy. These terms do not narrow permissions given by an open-source or other third-party licence.

Website-material permissions do not determine ownership of project deliverables. Your project agreement records those rights, including the client-owned design described in our design-sprint offer. We do not take ownership of information you send in an enquiry.

Articles, examples and demonstrations explain our work and approach. They are general information, not advice tailored to your legal, tax or financial circumstances. Consider the stated context and seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions that require it.

Preview, concept and beta labels describe the stage of the material being shown. An illustrative workflow or expected outcome should not be read as a measured customer result. The relevant offer and agreed scope explain what is being supplied.

AI suggestions and outputs can contain errors or omit important context. Review them before relying on them, including any optional on-device suggestions for your enquiry. This need for human review does not remove our obligations under an agreement or applicable law.

Client project data and access arrangements are agreed separately for the engagement. The public enquiry form is not a place to upload or disclose your working project data.

We aim to keep the website useful and accessible, but maintenance, faults or third-party services can interrupt it. If a form or download is unavailable, contact us by email. A website interruption does not change an existing purchase or project agreement, or your rights under applicable law.

External websites and services have their own terms and practices. Review them before using those services. A link is provided for its stated purpose and does not by itself mean that we endorse every statement on the linked website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, those rights may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation.

If you believe a product or service has a problem, contact us with enough detail to identify it and explain what happened. We will assess the issue and any remedy required by law. Do not send passwords or payment card details. You remain free to seek advice or use other available complaint and legal processes.

Changing this page does not retrospectively change an accepted project agreement, a completed purchase or the licence supplied with it. Changes to an existing engagement must follow its agreed terms and applicable law.
