Availability
Private beta by application; access is not guaranteed. Desktop builds for Apple Silicon Macs and 64-bit Windows. Bring your own coding agent accounts.
Who it helps
Developers and engineering teams who pay for more than one coding agent and want each task matched to a model without choosing by hand.

If you pay for more than one coding agent, you choose by hand which one gets each job. Athanor proposes a model for each task from the subscriptions you are signed in to, works around one that has reached its limit, and learns from reviewed results in your projects.

How adaptive routing works.

Routing across your subscriptions

Athanor considers only the agents you have enabled and signed in to: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok Build, OpenCode, Kiro and Google Antigravity. You bring the accounts; Athanor includes no models or subscriptions. Cursor and Grok Build support is labelled Early Access.

Economy, Balanced or Quality

Economy favours lower-cost models and Quality the most capable. Balanced keeps the model you are talking to unless your project’s results favour another.

A team for larger work

The model you start with makes small changes itself. For larger work it proposes a team with an independent final reviewer, and nothing starts until you approve it. Tasks then run in parallel in isolated Git workspaces.

When a subscription runs out

An agent at its usage limit is left out. If one runs out during a task, Athanor keeps the partial work and asks before switching to a replacement.

Learning that stays on your machine

Routing learns from independent reviews and your feedback, stored in a local database. You can inspect, forget or exclude a project, or turn learning off.

Approve, review, deliver

Set how much each agent may do without asking, review the changes, then open a pull request on GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Forgejo or Gitea. Your repositories stay on your machine.

Your next step

Bring your coding agents to the Athanor beta.

Tell us which agents you subscribe to, your operating system and what you want to test. We’ll confirm suitability and setup before offering beta access.
